ビザスクinterviewのキャンセル料金、延長料金

キャンセル料金について

キャンセルのタイミングに応じて、以下のキャンセル料金がかかります。

• 面談予定日の2営業日前の19時（日本時間、以下同様）：
  なし
• 面談予定日の2営業日前の19時以降~1営業日前19時まで：
  インタビュー金額から2.5万円を差し引いた金額（オプションサービス分も含む）
• 面談予定日の1営業日前19時以降：
  インタビュー金額の全額（オプションサービス分も含む）

延長料金について

延長料金は20分ごとに加算されます。

延長料金の計算方法

前提：インタビュー費用は固定金額（2.5万円）と、変動金額（2.5万円〜）で構成されます
延長時の変動金額の算出方法：1時間あたりの変動金額に以下の係数を乗じ、小数を切り上げて算出された金額

(1) 20分以内の延長: 1/3（変動金額が5.5万円の場合 5.5*1/3=1.83より2万円）
(2) 20分超40分以内の延長: 2/3（同 5.5*2/3=3.67より4万円)
(3) 40分超60分以内の延長: 3/3（同 5.5*3/3=5.50より6万円)
(4) 以降延長20分以内ごとに係数に1/3を加えて算出（端数切り上げ）

30分インタビューの料金

上の項の延長料金表をご確認ください。
なお、30分の料金が適応されるのは、事前に30分でのインタビューとしてご依頼をいただいた場合のみです。
60分で調整していたインタビューが予定より早く終了した場合には、通常通り60分の料金がかかりますのでご注意ください。

Cancellation Fees and Extension Fees

Cancellation Fees

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Until 7pm, 2 business days prior to the scheduled consultation date (In Japan time-based. The same hereinafter.) :
  No charge
• Until from 7pm, 2 business days prior to the scheduled consultation date to 7pm, 1 business day prior to the scheduled consultation date:
  A fee equal to the interview amount minus 25,000 yen (including optional services) ‍
• After 7pm, 1 business day prior to the scheduled consultation date:
  Full amount including optional services

Extension Fees

Extension fees are added every 20 minutes.

How to Calculate Extension Fees

Premise: The interview cost consists of a fixed amount (25,000 yen) and a variable amount (from 25,000 yen).

Method for calculating the variable amount during extension: The variable amount per hour is multiplied by the following coefficients, and the result is rounded up decimals.

(1) Extension within 20 minutes: 1/3 (For example, if the variable amount is 55,000 yen, then 55,000*1/3=18,300 yen, so it's rounded up to 20,000 yen)

(2) Extension beyond 20 minutes but within 40 minutes: 2/3 (For example, if the variable amount is 55,000 yen, then 55,000*2/3=36,700 yen, so it's rounded up to 40,000 yen)

(3) Extension beyond 40 minutes but within 60 minutes: 3/3 (For example, if the variable amount is 55,000 yen, then 55,000*3/3=55,000 yen, so it's rounded up to 60,000 yen)

(4) For every additional extension within 20 minutes, 1/3 is added to the coefficient for calculation (rounding up any fractions).
