"このページのアクセス権がありません" というページが表示されます
ビザスクinterviewの候補者リストにアクセスできない場合
- interview候補者リストにアクセスするには、リストごとに共有を受ける必要があります。貴社の案件の担当者か、ビザスクのスタッフに共有を依頼してください。（参考：候補者リストを共有する/共有を外す）
ビザスクnowのリストにアクセスできない場合
- ビザスクnowのリストには現状共有機能がないため、案件のご依頼者の方のみリストにアクセスすることができます。お手数ですが、Excel DL機能などを用いてご依頼者の方に共有をしてもらってください。
ホームやその他のページにアクセスできない場合
- ユーザーアカウントがグループ（取引先）に紐づいていないことが考えられます。
*グループ（取引先）に紐づいていないユーザーは、「共有を受けたinterview候補者リスト」と、「プロフィール」以外のページにアクセスすることができません。
グループへの紐付けを希望される場合は、同じグループのメンバーから招待を受けるか、ビザスクスタッフまでご連絡ください。

"このページは存在しません" というページが表示されます
- URLが正しいかもう一度ご確認ください。
- https://client-portal.visasq.com/a/invitation からはじまるURLはリニューアルに伴いアクセスできなくなりました。
お手数ですが、一度サイトのTOPへ進んでいただき、案件一覧からリストをご確認ください。 - 解決しない場合は、恐れ入りますが貴社営業担当か、案件を担当しているプロジェクトマネージャーまでご連絡ください。

"You don't have permission to access this page" is Displayed
If you cannot access an interview candidate list
- In order to access an interview candidate list, you need to receive sharing permissions for each list. Please request sharing from the person in charge of the project or VisasQ staff.（ref. Share/Unshare the list with group members）
If you cannot access the Home or other pages
- It is possible that your user account is not linked to your Group (your company's account).
*Users not linked to a Group can only access the "Interview candidate lists shared with you" and "Profile" pages, and cannot access other pages. - If you need further assistance, please contact VisasQ staff.
"Sorry, this page isn't available" is Displayed
- Please check again to ensure the URL is correct.
- The URL starting with https://client-portal.visasq.com/a/invitation is no longer accessible due to the renewal.
